The Witcher 3 — Ciri's room at Crow's Perch

Witcher 3 Ciri’s room at Crow’s Perch (Ciri’s Room) is a short side quest. It starts after you talk with the Bloody Baron. The Baron tells you that Ciri stayed with him. Ciri had earlier rescued the little girl Gretka. The quest disappears when you start The Isle of Mists.

Gretka

After the talk with the Baron go to the kitchen in the castle. It stands across from Ciri’s room, a short walk from the entrance. Geralt finds Gretka there. She sits at the table among candles and hanging game.

Talk with her about Ciri. Gretka recognizes that you are the witcher Ciri talked about. Where Ciri went, Gretka does not know. She does know that Ciri gave her a sapphire.

Then go into the room across the hall. Switch on witcher senses there. On the floor lies Ciri’s bloody clothes. By the bed you find Gretka’s toy, a spinning top. On the table sits a book about curses. Read it, or the quest will not move on.

Then return the spinning top to Gretka in the kitchen. That ends the Ciri’s Room quest. It is about how Ciri treated a child in Velen before she left Crow’s Perch.

More unmarked scenes are in the guide to hidden quests in Velen. I summarize how the game holds up overall in the Witcher 3 review. An overview of guides is on the Witcher 3 hub.
